Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary business partner for clients, translating their needs into actionable plans for the team and Publicis Groupe.
• Shape strategic media direction in collaboration with consultants and strategists, challenging clients on KPIs and growth opportunities.
• Lead, empower, and align client teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Own the financial and legal elements of client relationships, including revenue, profitability, contract management, and SLAs.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities for both clients and the agency.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development and engagement.
• Ensure high-quality, audit-proof delivery that complies with Publicis standards and policies.

Requirements

• HBO+ level of education and thinking.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in client leadership, media, marketing, or a comparable commercial environment.
• Proven expertise in client portfolio management, stakeholder management, and commercial management.
• Strong background in integrated media planning and the modern media landscape.
• Experience with contract management, SLA oversight, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially minded leadership style.
