Client Invoicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and ad-hoc requests
• Calculate monthly and quarterly fee rebates and consultant revenue
• Maintain databases containing revenue, asset, and fee information
• Support annual audit work related to client invoicing
• Calculate commission amounts for the internal sales team
• Review commingled fund participant fee documentation
• Document invoicing procedures and recommend process improvements or automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of invoicing experience within investment advisory or financial services
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing large databases
• Experience using AI tooling such as Claude or ChatGPT for problem-solving
• Ability to compute and analyze complex invoice calculations
• Experience with foreign currency translation
• Working knowledge of industry terminology like high water marks
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
