About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and ad-hoc requests
- Calculate monthly and quarterly fee rebates and consultant revenue
- Maintain databases containing revenue, asset, and fee information
- Support annual audit work related to client invoicing
- Calculate commission amounts for the internal sales team
- Review commingled fund participant fee documentation
- Document invoicing procedures and recommend process improvements or automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of invoicing experience within investment advisory or financial services
- Proficiency in Excel and experience managing large databases
- Experience using AI tooling such as Claude or ChatGPT for problem-solving
- Ability to compute and analyze complex invoice calculations
- Experience with foreign currency translation
- Working knowledge of industry terminology like high water marks
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
