Client Implementation Specialist

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones and timelines
• Act as a thought partner to clients regarding account setup and data organization
• Liaise between clients and fund managers to gather and reconcile account data
• Process ongoing updates and monitor client data for quality and consistency
• Train client teams on effective platform usage and support ongoing adoption
• Lead onboarding meetings and deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM to ensure continuity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client services, or consulting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management instincts for high-value clients
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to support periodic evening and weekend work to meet client SLAs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, private funds, family offices, or accounting
• Familiarity with IRRs, capital calls, K-1s, or NAV reporting
• Experience with SQL
