Client Implementation Specialist

About the Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones and timelines
• Guide single family offices and HNWIs through account setup and data organization
• Act as a liaison between clients and fund managers to gather and reconcile account data
• Monitor client data for quality and consistency, proactively resolving discrepancies
• Train client teams on how to use the Arch platform effectively
• Lead onboarding meetings and deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience
• Maintain detailed client records and notes in our CRM

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client services, or finance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management instincts for high-value clients
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proactive mindset and passion for client experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, private funds, a family office, or accounting
• Familiarity with IRRs, capital calls, K-1s, or NAV reporting
• Finance or accounting coursework
