Client Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive onboarding plans with clear milestones and timelines for enterprise-scale implementations
• Guide RIA firms and wealth management organizations through complex account setup and large-scale data migration
• Act as a liaison between clients and multiple stakeholders to gather and reconcile extensive account data
• Monitor large volumes of client data for quality and consistency and resolve discrepancies
• Train multiple client teams and departments on how to use the Arch platform effectively
• Lead onboarding meetings and deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience
• Maintain detailed client records and notes in CRM

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation (SaaS preferred), client services, or finance with enterprise clients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for C-suite and senior stakeholder interactions
• Strong relationship management instincts with institutional and enterprise clients
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent client experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with RIA firms, independent wealth managers, or multi-family offices
• Familiarity with RIA operations, compliance, and wealth management concepts
• Finance or accounting coursework
• Experience with enterprise software implementations or large-scale data migrations
