Client Implementation & Service - Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide project support throughout the life cycle for the Middle Office Recon Onboarding team.
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of information and processes related to assigned projects.
• Implement new or modified system components, work processes, or applications.
• Work with various custodians and clients on data acquisition and mapping.
• Gather project information by attending user meetings and interviewing clients.
• Prepare project planning materials, maintain tracking documents, and distribute cross-life cycle documentation.
• Perform system setups and transactions to prepare user environments for changes.
• Coordinate and participate in various testing activities and document new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business, or an equivalent field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Middle Office and IM Recon.
• Strong understanding of TLP reconciliation tools and experience using them.
• Proven experience in data analysis and data mapping.
• Proficiency in ETL tools and external custody data acquisition.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work EMEA/NA shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Transaction Life Cycle Management (TLM).
• Proficiency with Power BI and JIRA.
• Experience with project scheduling and flowcharting software.
