Client Implementation & Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value services and solutions to clients to ensure quality and consistent service delivery
• Provide operational support during US market hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
• Define the risk environment for the business unit and perform Risk and Control Assessments to minimize risk events
• Monitor interdepartmental deliveries and highlight potential risks to management
• Act as a client advocate to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with COEs, shared service teams, and external partners to resolve operational discrepancies
• Assist with compliance reviews, controls, and audits as required
• Train and coach colleagues and provide input for performance appraisals

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the BFSI sector
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work US market hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) in Bangalore
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in client service roles
• MBA or CFA accreditation
• Advanced MS Office skills or experience with Co-pilot
• Knowledge of Python, Power Automate, or Power BI
• Experience with Lean methodologies or efficiency-related activities
