Client Implementation Executive, Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for State Street Alpha implementation programs, ensuring delivery integrity and client success.
• Act as the senior executive authority and primary delivery counterpart for client C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs and COOs.
• Establish and chair executive-level governance forums to manage delivery risks, issues, and strategic trade-offs.
• Oversee program financial governance, including budget management, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Provide senior leadership, coaching, and direction to Program Directors and Project Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and governance models across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment management operating models (front, middle, and back office).
• Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programs within financial services or technology.
• Proven track record of engaging with global clients and leading distributed delivery organizations.
• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery models and highly configurable technology platforms.
• Degree in a financial, analytical, or related discipline, or equivalent senior-level industry experience.
• Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership.
