Client Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point-of-contact for implementing new and existing clients with products and services
• Manage all aspects of client implementation including project management, data acquisition, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with external clients and internal operational functional teams
• Facilitate weekly client meetings and manage project deliverables and milestone timelines
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Utilize ticketing systems and internal tracking tools for technical implementation tasks
• Provide post-implementation support for new client setups
• Work with the development team to request necessary changes to Tableau reports
• Assist with creating procedures and documentation of processes

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
• Proficient time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with data management tools and techniques
