About the role
Responsibilities
- Support practice groups in driving new business from existing clients and prospects
- Identify synergies between practice group services and client needs
- Assist in executing business development goals including conferences, events, and webinars
- Prepare pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for assigned groups
- Leverage business intelligence tools to research prospects, clients, and industry trends
- Manage collection and categorization of legal experience for marketing materials
- Coordinate lawyer ranking submissions and industry relationships
- Evaluate and process attorney expenses associated with practice group budgets
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related professional services experience
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate professional services experience
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong persuasive oral and written communication skills
- Ability to leverage research and competitive intelligence
- Familiarity with legal and business environments
