Client Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own total revenue targets for assigned industries and accounts, managing a mix of new acquisition, upselling, and renewals
• Identify and pursue new logo opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract closures
• Serve as the executive-level single point of contact for assigned accounts to build long-term strategic partnerships
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, scope extensions, and additional service solutions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and track performance against profitability targets
• Monitor market trends to position company capabilities effectively within assigned sectors
• Collaborate with Delivery, PMO, Product, and Finance teams to align client priorities with commercial objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within technology, consulting, or professional services industries
