About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive client satisfaction, strategic initiatives, and account retention within the Health Sciences sector
- Develop customer-focused solutions by understanding client business drivers, organizational culture, and competitive positioning
- Execute strategic account plans to identify transformational business opportunities and optimize customer experience
- Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, regional pricing strategies, and ongoing P&L management
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Global Business Consulting, Traveler Care, and Product teams to build influence within accounts
- Enhance the company value proposition through technology roadmapping, policy consultation, and optimizing online servicing solutions
- Research marketplace trends and competitor products to highlight unique value drivers such as MI and benchmarking
Requirements
- Proven success in client management, sales, consulting, or procurement
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategies, build action plans, and set measurable goals
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- High level of financial acumen to leverage key drivers of profitability
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Sophisticated communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and business travel service delivery technology
- Deep understanding of the Global Business Travel marketplace
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing large market or multinational clients
- In-depth knowledge of the Health Sciences sector
