Starting with legal operations and expanding to the entire enterprise, Enter helps large companies in Latin America manage complex workflows, such as generating personalized legal defenses to reduce costs and increase success rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions for complex and specific client problems
• Identify opportunities for AI application to drive business impact and expand accounts
• Define, monitor, and evolve client success metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with stakeholders ranging from executives to operational teams
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and influence product evolution
• Lead training sessions to ensure effective product utilization
• Take end-to-end responsibility for client issues to ensure excellence in delivery

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in analytical scopes or direct technology interfacing
• Experience in project management and client/stakeholder relationship management
• Strong analytical background with the ability to work closely with technical teams
• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
• Ability to operate in unstructured environments with high autonomy
• High sense of urgency and execution speed
