Client Experience Trader

Responsibilities

• Assist sophisticated clients with executing live orders, providing quotes, and information on live balances and positions
• Provide order entry assistance across all asset classes
• Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Perform account maintenance, including transaction inquiries and commission reviews
• Provide software and platform troubleshooting support
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests

Requirements

• College degree required
• 4-6 years of financial services experience
• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Series 3 license
• Proficiency in providing order entry assistance across multiple asset classes
• Extensive knowledge of trading platforms and customer account procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interactive, and team-oriented environment
• Additional industry licenses as the role evolves
