Client Experience Strategist

About the Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients to assess needs and satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive client records and notes in the CRM system
• Monitor client accounts for data quality issues and address discrepancies
• Provide training to end user groups to ensure product adoption
• Track and analyze factors influencing client churn to mitigate risks
• Manage client renewal processes and contract updates
• Identify opportunities for contract expansion and broader firm adoption
• Escalate client feature requests to relevant internal teams
• Process ongoing updates from clients and institutional data sources
• Support periodic evening and weekend work to meet client SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing client relationships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, family office, fund management, or accounting
• Familiarity with capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s
• Knowledge of SQL
• Completion of finance or accounting courses
