Client Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute communication strategies across email, SMS, in-app, and push channels
• Partner with Product teams to execute messaging for product launches and feature updates
• Own the in-app and web-based client experience, including onboarding flows and resource centers
• Use platforms like Pendo to surface content and promote features
• Leverage data to identify usage gaps and drive product adoption
• Build feedback loops through surveys and behavior analysis to guide continuous improvement
• Define and track KPIs related to client experience, retention, and feature utilization
• Act as a client advocate in cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Ops

Requirements

• 1-2 years of corporate marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
