Client Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide end-to-end client support, education, and platform troubleshooting for beginner and sophisticated traders
• Perform account maintenance, including historical transaction inquiries, commission reviews, and updating account parameters
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of TradeStation by exceeding client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses (or must be acquired within 90 days of hire)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn multiple trading platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interactive, and customer-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a brokerage or financial services environment
• Ability to handle complex technical questions regarding trading software and procedures
