About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Client Experience Coordinators
  • Own the end-to-end post-sale experience for buyers, from invoicing through final delivery
  • Proactively manage priority and high-value client cases and act as a senior escalation point
  • Guide shipping strategy by determining appropriate solutions based on value, destination, and risk
  • Oversee export and international shipping documentation for compliance
  • Partner with Shipping, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to resolve issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in client service, operations, or logistics
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or premium clients preferred
  • Understanding of shipping, logistics, and post-sale operations
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (must be able to read and write Traditional Chinese)
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during peak periods
