About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify actionable insights from healthcare claims data and results
  • Review client-facing reporting for accuracy, including policy customizations and claim impacts
  • Communicate actionable findings to leadership, Client Success, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Manage user onboarding, account setup, and platform training
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, technical support, and deliverables
  • Manage client support processes by logging, tracking, and triaging requests
  • Support policy review and implementation via configuration changes within the application
  • Facilitate conversations regarding invoices and SLAs
  • Monitor client usage and user health on the platform

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience leading operations or client experience/success in healthcare
  • Required experience in payment integrity
  • Strong understanding of operations and reporting needs
  • General understanding of a payer organization
  • Ability to travel frequently
