About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify actionable insights from healthcare claims data and results
- Review client-facing reporting for accuracy, including policy customizations and claim impacts
- Communicate actionable findings to leadership, Client Success, and Go-to-Market teams
- Manage user onboarding, account setup, and platform training
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, technical support, and deliverables
- Manage client support processes by logging, tracking, and triaging requests
- Support policy review and implementation via configuration changes within the application
- Facilitate conversations regarding invoices and SLAs
- Monitor client usage and user health on the platform
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience leading operations or client experience/success in healthcare
- Required experience in payment integrity
- Strong understanding of operations and reporting needs
- General understanding of a payer organization
- Ability to travel frequently
