About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, creating a welcoming and inclusive studio environment
- Guide new clients to the right classes or memberships through friendly, natural sales conversations
- Maintain communication across calls, texts, emails, and DMs
- Support instructors by prepping the studio and ensuring classes run smoothly
- Update client notes and follow up with leads to drive engagement
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a genuine love for meeting new people
- Sales experience preferred; fitness or wellness background is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-ups
- Comfortable using technology or willing to learn quickly
- Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S.
