About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients, creating a welcoming and inclusive studio environment
  • Guide new clients to the right classes or memberships through friendly, natural sales conversations
  • Maintain communication across calls, texts, emails, and DMs
  • Support instructors by prepping the studio and ensuring classes run smoothly
  • Update client notes and follow up with leads to drive engagement

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality with a genuine love for meeting new people
  • Sales experience preferred; fitness or wellness background is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-ups
  • Comfortable using technology or willing to learn quickly
  • Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S.
