About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure post-auction processes and service level agreements are delivered professionally
  • Provide day-to-day client support via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Issue timely and accurate client communications
  • Coordinate with Shipping Coordinator for quotes and deliveries
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with corporate governance
  • Partner with business areas to resolve client issues and execute transactions
  • Manage property releases for non-sale inventory
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent field preferred
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferable
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Ability to read and write Traditional Chinese
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
