About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support clients through the post-sale process ensuring all actions and SLAs are met
  • Issue timely and accurate client communications via email and phone
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and collections including shipping payment reconciliations
  • Arrange domestic and international shipping and associated logistics requirements
  • Obtain quotes from shippers and select the most suitable options for clients
  • Provide customs documentation and request necessary export licenses
  • Monitor outbound shipment progress and troubleshoot problems with vendors

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of related work experience
  • Professional English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Excellent client service, active listening, and empathy skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of logistics, including domestic/international packing and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Prior experience with Freshdesk
