About the role
Responsibilities
- Support clients through the post-sale process ensuring all actions and SLAs are met
- Issue timely and accurate client communications via email and phone
- Manage invoicing, payments, and collections including shipping payment reconciliations
- Arrange domestic and international shipping and associated logistics requirements
- Obtain quotes from shippers and select the most suitable options for clients
- Provide customs documentation and request necessary export licenses
- Monitor outbound shipment progress and troubleshoot problems with vendors
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of related work experience
- Professional English fluency (spoken and written)
- Excellent client service, active listening, and empathy skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of logistics, including domestic/international packing and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with SAP
- Prior experience with Freshdesk
