Responsibilities
- Responding to and managing client experience inquiries in our various channels
- Completing ongoing clerical, administrative, and routine tasks to keep day to day operations running smoothly
- Tracking performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by assisting with data collection and analysis
- Facilitating regular interviews with users to collect feedback and insights
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Fluent English (C1 or C2 Proficiency)
- Perfect writing skills
- Familiarity with Slack and Google Sheets
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to translate client experience into actionable recommendations
- Flexibility to handle various tasks in a startup environment
