Client Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IFZA, establishing a professional first impression
• Answer and distribute incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver positive and timely responses to client and Professional Partner enquiries
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions within the Call Center CRM
• Maintain deep knowledge of IFZA’s products and services to address queries efficiently
• Ensure the confidentiality of all client data and sensitive information
• Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative performance targets
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company values

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center agent or in a similar role within the UAE
• Full proficiency in English (additional spoken languages are an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
