Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 4-8 strategic North American accounts, including C-suite relationships
  • Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plans aligned to client roadmaps
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base
  • Build and manage an expansion pipeline with structured stage progression
  • Lead structured business reviews presenting performance and roadmap alignment
  • Represent the client voice internally to Product, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services
  • Maintain accurate, fully-staged pipeline in Salesforce and Clari
  • Deliver reliable renewal and expansion forecasts

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B client or account management
  • Extensive experience in the institutional investment management market
  • Deep understanding of buy-side organization operations and vendor governance
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and Clari
  • Strong consultative skills to diagnose client needs and position solutions
  • Domain knowledge in financial benchmark/index data, ESG, performance measurement, or regulatory reporting
  • Familiarity with institutional data infrastructure and investment workflows
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for account planning and research
