Client Executive - Private Client Advisory & Solutions - Real Estate Coverage - Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Originate and secure capital for JV and platform recapitalizations by leveraging senior relationships with SWFs, public pensions, insurers, and other global real estate investors
• Lead deal structuring and negotiation end-to-end, including JV governance, promote/waterfall mechanics, and alignment provisions
• Set underwriting standards and oversee investment evaluation and diligence
• Build and maintain relationships with capital sources, advisors, and internal partners across the Commercial & Investment Bank
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation

Requirements

• Deep, active network with senior decision-makers at leading SWFs, public pensions, sovereign investment companies, insurers, endowments, and large family offices
• Minimum of fifteen years leading complex JV formations, continuation vehicles, platform recapitalizations, and secondary GP-led processes
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• FINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and 24 required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
