Client Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of the consulting process by coordinating activity across Analytics, Risk Services, Risk Transfer, Claims Consulting, and Advocacy teams
• Oversee the lifecycle of multi-year risk treatment strategies, including creation, evaluation, and revision
• Manage the generation and execution of annual client service and strategic plans
• Support new business goals through capability demonstrations and sales process participation
• Facilitate client and prospect meetings, including proposals, strategy sessions, and renewal reviews
• Support Risk Management Consultants and Risk Transfer Specialists in marketing and risk transfer strategy execution
• Steward onboarding and relationships between clients and insurance carriers, TPAs, and vendors
• Contribute to departmental strategic planning and provide industry insight
• Mentor and guide team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Property & Casualty insurance license
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, sales, risk management, operations, or marketing within the insurance brokerage industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Agency Management Systems and document management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead collaborative teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
