Client Executive, Employee Benefits

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic relationship manager and primary client liaison for complex self-funded accounts
• Manage day-to-day client needs while simultaneously executing long-term annual strategies
• Provide market expertise to clients regarding compliance-related issues and industry trends
• Identify opportunities to "cross-solve" by introducing clients to additional Gallagher resources such as Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, and HR Consulting
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and meet retention targets
• Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and account management team members
• Prioritize workflows and ensure accountability across internal and external partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience, OR High School/GED with 10+ years of experience
• Active Life & Health License
• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital productivity tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
