Client Executive - Commercial Insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing account service activities, including preparing monthly production reports and managing receivables.
• Lead and mentor service team members, including Client Administrators and Client Managers, to ensure cohesive team effort and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage all facets of the renewal process, from initiating client contact and orchestrating strategy meetings to gathering underwriting information.
• Participate in new business development and proposals in partnership with the Client Sales Executive.
• Lead, present, and participate in client meetings to review summaries, proposals, and policies.
• Maintain current insurance summaries and update client information annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant daily client service experience (or 6 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility).
• Valid, unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Advanced insurance designations such as CPCU or CIC.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, trends, and various lines of business insurance.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse interest groups.
