About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and monitor sales initiatives to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with clients
- Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations
- Spearhead business development strategies to unlock new sales opportunities and partnerships
- Participate actively in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions
- Collaborate with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams to keep stakeholders informed
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full English proficiency
- Proficiency in Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German is an advantage
