Client Engagement & Activation Intern

Responsibilities

• Implement a customer satisfaction strategy by benchmarking practices, selecting indicators, and deploying frameworks.
• Create engaging marketing content including client newsletters, LinkedIn articles, and presentation materials based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) updates.
• Organize and manage operational logistics for team events such as thematic webinars, client roundtables, and new solution launch sessions.
• Measure and analyze client engagement through key metrics like open rates and event participation, providing concrete recommendations to the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) at a Business School.
• Strong interest in IT, new technologies, and the cloud sector.
• Excellent communication, listening, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to source and transform technical content into various marketing formats.
• Proactive, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.
