Client Enablement – Functional Specialist, Charles River Development, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Charles River’s multi-asset solution set for front office users, including portfolio managers, traders, and compliance officers
• Document key requirements and identify usage patterns to develop plans for increased user satisfaction and product adoption
• Contribute to the near and long-term product roadmap by providing business leadership and design feedback
• Create and maintain client heatmaps to identify strategic areas for engagement and improvement
• Act as a key client touchpoint for feedback gathering and solution evaluation
• Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams to align client usage with success criteria

Requirements

• Experience in product management and business analysis within the Investment Management industry
• Proven experience working with technology solutions servicing the financial services market
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, Finance, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with minimal guidance
• Experience collaborating effectively with remote teams
