About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary lead for client satisfaction and profitability
- Engage in business-strategic dialogue to identify challenges and drive strategic projects
- Understand client needs and ensure structures and consultation meet those requirements
- Drive relevant upselling in close collaboration with specialist resources
- Manage commercial responsibilities including budgets, profitability, and invoicing routines
- Lead client teams to ensure specialists understand client tasks and needs
- Set meeting structures and agendas for both strategic and operational meetings
- Take active responsibility for content and preparation of major presentations such as media strategies and QBRs
- Drive and shape approaches for new initiatives, large campaigns, or projects
Requirements
- Many years of experience from a media agency leading and building strong client relationships
- Experience managing large clients and strategic issues
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proactive and curious personality that promotes learning and development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on the client side or at an advertising agency
