Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue through upsell and cross-sale activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data and provide reliable forecasts
  • Drive referral sales and customer references to support net-new sales activities
  • Stay abreast of competitive intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Japanese speaker with superior business-level communication skills
  • 8+ years in field sales or account management with enterprise risk, compliance, or supply chain mapping vendors
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue expectations in enterprise sales
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
