Client Director

Responsibilities

• Lead key client relationships on one or more client brands
• Become an expert on client organizations and brands to align business needs with Landor’s capabilities
• Deliver client services excellence and satisfaction across all clients and brands
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Experience functions
• Steer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope

Requirements

• Experience managing international and local client projects within a brand or consulting agency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels
• Solutions-driven outlook with curiosity and an innovative mindset
• Strategic and intellectual agility to recommend linear courses of action
• Strong commercial sense to drive organic growth and maintain project profitability
