Client Director

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, data-driven strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Define clear KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing plans
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Monitor account performance and communicate insights and recommendations
• Oversee project management across accounts to ensure high-quality delivery
• Identify opportunities to expand client activity and grow revenue
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience managing senior client relationships in digital marketing or media
• Strong understanding of Paid Media and integrated marketing strategies
• Experience developing strategic recommendations for measurable business outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing client growth conversations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
