Client Director

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, data-driven strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing plans to drive continuous improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and addressing business challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as the primary point of contact
• Monitor account performance and communicate insights, recommendations, and results
• Work with internal media, creative, data, and measurement teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Oversee project management to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Identify opportunities to expand client activity and grow revenue
• Support new business pitches and contribute expertise to growth opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience managing senior client relationships in digital marketing or media
• Strong understanding of Paid Media within integrated marketing strategies
• Experience developing strategic recommendations that deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing client growth conversations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
• Proactive and collaborative approach with a passion for digital marketing
