Client Director

Responsibilities

• Own and expand the end-to-end relationship with a large strategic global client across all geographies and service lines
• Act as a strategic advisor to client CIO, CTO, CFO, and Business Heads
• Drive global revenue expansion by identifying new opportunities across regions and industry service offerings
• Anticipate evolving client needs and proactively introduce digital transformation, innovation, and new service models
• Chair global governance boards to track performance, transform outcomes, and manage innovation initiatives
• Lead a global account team, including Account Managers, Client Directors, and support functions
• Build and sustain HCL’s position as a preferred global partner through thought leadership and industry engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in global account management for large-scale strategic clients
• Demonstrated ability to provide advisory services to C-level executives (CIO/CTO/CFO)
• Strong track record of driving revenue expansion and managing multi-million dollar accounts
• Expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives and complex service delivery
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills within a global matrix organization
• Strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities
