Client Director

Responsibilities

• Act as a business accelerator for clients and the company
• Take overall responsibility for client success and sales volume expansion
• Manage and lead senior internal teams on client accounts
• Monitor customer product performance and KPIs via data dashboards
• Drive strategic and sustainable customer development
• Maintain regular exchange with client stakeholders and internal management
• Conduct individual client presentations and quarterly/annual planning meetings
• Present work both internally and externally

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing global accounts in digital experience and technology
• Proven track record with seven-figure annual budgets
• Experience managing international and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of digital experience mechanisms, Platform, UX, and UI Design
• Background working within agencies, preferably tech agencies
• Ability to present complex strategic ideas clearly
• Professional working proficiency in German and excellent English skills
