Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives and Client Development managers
- Achieve sales goals across the business
- Collaborate with revenue leadership to execute strategic initiatives
- Identify gaps in the sales process and proactively improve sales methodologies
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to contract execution
- Identify and convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into partners
- Lead consultative conversations with founders, CMOs, and senior marketing leaders
- Translate measurement and automation capabilities into clear value propositions
- Partner with Media Buying and Client Services to ensure seamless handoffs
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline
Requirements
- 7+ years of selling performance-driven advertising solutions
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, testing, and scaling
- Ability to explain complex data, attribution, and measurement concepts
- Hands-on experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
