Client Development Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Development Assistant Manager in launching and following (e)CRM campaigns across the South East Asia market (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam)
• Monitor clienteling programs to ensure consistent engagement
• Implement Maison client-related campaigns, guidelines, and tools to ensure the highest level of client experience
• Assist in the execution of regional client development strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience within the retail industry
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and with various stakeholders
• Proactive and autonomous work style with a solution-oriented mindset
