Client Delivery Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development plans to achieve or exceed commercial banking goals
• Provide daily operational service support and ensure exceptional client experiences
• Resolve client problems promptly and develop solutions by engaging multiple stakeholders
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet evolving client needs
• Create policies and procedures to ensure quality service while managing risk and protecting bank interests
• Manage databases and provide support for data analysis, forecasting, and visualization
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team capabilities
• Manage and develop team members by coaching, recognizing performance, and supporting career growth
• Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services, or Service Excellence within a corporate or banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis reporting
• Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to complex tasks
• Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations using sound judgment
