Client Delivery, Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer and employee experience data to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Present data-driven findings through compelling storytelling to drive executive action.
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients extract maximum business value and ROI from the platform.
• Translate complex business objectives into sustainable technical architectures and system configurations.
• Proactively oversee account performance and technical health to ensure solutions evolve with client needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align platform capabilities with client visions.
• Configure the Medallia platform and support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client management and software retention.
• BA/BS degree with evidence of technical experience or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of integration protocols including APIs, REST, HTTP, and SFTP.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of security concepts including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and RBAC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics).
• Experience in industries such as Software, Hospitality, Financial Services, Automotive, B2B, or Retail.
• Strong ability to synthesize and translate between business problems and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
