Client Delivery Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders such as CIOs and CTOs
• Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs including CRM, Billing, Charging, and Order Management
• Manage account P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization
• Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities to expand footprint
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
• Lead large cross-functional global teams and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements

• 12–18+ years of experience in telecom IT with strong BSS exposure
• Proven experience managing large telecom accounts and delivery portfolios
• Deep expertise in the BSS domain and experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 telecom operators
• Strong track record in revenue growth, commercial acumen, and P&L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Ability to travel as required
