Client Delivery Partner - Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities

• Drive outcome-based client value through manufacturing transformation, innovation, and industry thought leadership
• Co-create transformation roadmaps focused on operational excellence, supply chain resilience, and intelligent factory initiatives
• Help customers modernize core capabilities including product development, factory operations, and quality management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives (CIO, COO, and manufacturing leadership)
• Develop multi-year transformation strategies aligned to customer priorities and measurable operational outcomes
• Lead individuals within a matrixed professional services team and mentor future leaders

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business AND 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience
• 6+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment
• Proven experience within the manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries
• Expertise in supply chain, PLM, MES, or Industrial IoT

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electronics, or chemical industries
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, operating models, and performance metrics
• Experience with Cloud, AI, advanced analytics, and industrial data platforms
• Experience in financial management (e.g., profit and loss)
• Management consulting experience with a track record of influencing executive decisions
