Client Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide full back office and administrative support for clients
• Manage and track pipeline activity, providing regular progress updates through the Curo system
• Process new business, including setting up and placing business on third-party platforms
• Handle advice processing such as investment amendments, trades, and withdrawals
• Support new client onboarding and the client review process by completing required tasks
• Liaise with product providers, third parties, and the internal finance team
• Maintain the CRM system (CURO) to ensure accurate KYC information
• Assess client file documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Strong operational experience within the Financial Services industry
• Proficient IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Office systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Professional telephone manner
