Client Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document data, interpret results, and present findings to customers and management
• Review reports with clients to explain trends, variances, and exceptions
• Audit business performance and portfolios against quotes, budgets, revenue, and realization
• Review documentation and create database records to ensure proper invoicing and reporting
• Provide knowledge and support regarding corporate transactions and billing arrangements
• Respond to inquiries and requests from customers, agents, and colleagues
• Assist with updating databases with specific contractual requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Work experience in the telecom industry preferred
