Client Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine end-to-end portfolio strategies to improve KPIs including acquisition, activation, usage, retention, and ROI.
• Design customer lifecycle management (CLM) journeys for onboarding, engagement, maturation, and win-back.
• Translate portfolio objectives into actionable campaign strategies, including offer constructs, targeting rules, and measurement frameworks.
• Support analytics to size opportunities, forecast impact, and drive a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends such as rewards, digital wallets, and BNPL to recommend portfolio interventions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in cards/payments, banking, or consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in cards portfolio optimization, lifecycle programs, and campaign management.
• Deep understanding of credit/debit card economics, including interchange, rewards liability, and CLV.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across product, marketing, compliance, and risk functions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with credit risk fundamentals and card network operating rules.
