Client Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine end-to-end portfolio strategies to improve KPIs including acquisition, activation, usage, and retention
• Design customer lifecycle management (CLM) journeys for onboarding, engagement, and win-back strategies
• Translate portfolio objectives into actionable campaign strategies, including offer constructs and targeting rules
• Support analytics to size opportunities, forecast impact, and drive a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap
• Diagnose performance drivers and recommend segment-level interventions to reduce attrition and credit losses
• Monitor market trends such as digital wallets, BNPL, and embedded finance to recommend portfolio interventions
• Prepare executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in cards/payments, banking, or consulting
• Hands-on expertise in cards portfolio optimization and customer lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of credit/debit card economics, including interchange, rewards, and acquisition costs
• Proven experience in campaign design, execution, and measurement frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills across product, marketing, compliance, and risk functions
• Proficiency in project management with the ability to drive cross-functional outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with card network operating rules, compliance, and data privacy guidelines
