About the Company
It’s A Secret Med Spa is an elite medical spa with locations nationwide that empowers people by elevating their natural beauty through high-performance injectables, lasers, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone
- Provide basic knowledge and education about services
- Manage front desk duties including check-in/out and answering phones
- Oversee inventory counts and keep supplies stocked
- Maintain a clean and professional facility environment
- Assist providers and managers with client scheduling
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Manage POS system effectively and accurately
Requirements
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain attentive to clients
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
- Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office
- Bilingual skills
